4K DUBZ is an upcoming electronic music producer pushing the boundaries of the modern 4x4 Bassline and UK Garage scenes. Heavily influenced by the raw, energetic roots of the Sheffield underground and the classic digital warmth of Reason, they craft hard-hitting dubs designed specifically to tear up sound systems and keep the legacy of the genre alive.

The Sound & Production Style

• The Signature Weight: Specialises in delivering that heavy, bouncy low-end swing mixed with dark, rolling bass textures that capture the authentic spirit of Niche-era clubs.

• Production Core: Powered primarily by Reason, utilising its unique routing capabilities to design raw, custom synthesised bass patches and crisp, skipping percussion lines.

• The Concept: Bridging the gap between timeless early-2000s UKG structures and explosive, heavy modern club bangers.

Influences & Roots

• The Blueprint: Heavily inspired by the legendary production styles of Burgaboy, TRC, JTJ, and Bassboy, blending their foundational formula with a modern sonic weight.

• Ultimate Favourites: The absolute core inspirations behind the project include iconic names like R-Type, Burgaboy, Havok, and DJ Murkz, whose underground anthems shaped the culture.

• The Producer Tag: An insider fact for the fans — the signature 4K DUBZ producer tag was directly inspired by the classic tag of R-Type.
